1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 777c7 ("777c7", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services available at 777c7.io and any associated mobile applications or related platforms operated by 777c7.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 777c7 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777c7 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777c7 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 777c7. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms will govern only to the extent of the specific promotion, and these Terms will govern in all other respects.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 777c7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You do not already hold another active or suspended account on the 777c7 platform. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 777c7 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777c7 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and must promptly update any information that changes. Providing false or misleading registration information, including false date of birth, false name, or a payment method not belonging to you, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access or use your account. 777c7 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 777c7 immediately at [email protected]. 777c7 may temporarily suspend your account while any investigation is conducted.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 777c7 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

4 Deposits & Payments

777c7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer (selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). All player balances are held and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion fee is charged to Bangladeshi players.

Deposits are credited to the player account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the player should contact support with the transaction reference number for manual resolution.

777c7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that appears to have been made fraudulently, or that originates from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder. Any funds deposited using a payment method belonging to a third party will be returned and the account may be subject to review.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. In cases where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, 777c7 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered to the account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via any method

5.2 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777c7 may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedure. Players who complete verification proactively will experience faster processing for all subsequent withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms for that promotion only.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all bonus-derived balances will be voided.

7 Betting Rules

All sportsbook bets placed on the 777c7 platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the 777c7 Sportsbook Rules documentation, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777c7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred, as determined at the sole discretion of 777c7.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which may result in void settlement or postponed settlement pending rescheduling within a defined period.
